Shipping & Returns Policies

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Please allow 1-2 business days from placing your order for us to receive and process your order. Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
We offer free 2-day shipping, available to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders placed from outside of the contiguous United States will be subject to estimated delivery timeframe as stated when choosing shipping options.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free 2-day shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE OPTION
For your convenience, we offer the optional purchase of Route Shipping Protection, a third-party shipping insurance provider, at checkout. This service provides eshipping protection and seamless 1-click claims filing to ensure that your order arrives safely. For more information, visit www.route.com.
Please note that once your order has left our warehouses, BUHA is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged packages. See “Claims Filing” section for details below.
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order which will include tracking information for your shipment so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience. USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE
Promotional codes may not be combined. Promotional codes must be used prior to their expiration dates.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDERS?
We do not have the ability to change or modify orders. Email email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Returns on items eligible for refunds are accepted within 30 days of receipt and refunded to the original payment method. Items must be returned both unopened and unused in their original packaging. To return an item follow the directions below:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address that you used when you purchased the item. Use the subject line “Order #, Order Return.” In the email, please clarify which item you would like to return by item number and name of the item and the reason you are returning it.
If your return is approved, we will then send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and take the package to a drop-off location as instructed. Please note that the return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to use your own return shipping method (U.S. orders only), please follow the instructions on the return form sent in your return approval email. Once the form is completed, pack the return items in original condition with completed return form. Returns sent with your own label will be at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
Purchases made from third-party retail locations or online stores other than buha.com may not be returned to BUHA. Such purchases are subject to said the selling party’s return and exchange policies and procedures.
For assistance with returns on orders placed outside of the contiguous United States or for items that have been opened, tried or tested, please contact customer service at email@example.com to receive instructions on how to complete your return. We will do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
Items returned after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for refunds.
If you received a damaged item and would like to exchange it for the same item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Order #, Assistance Needed” within one week of receipt to request a replacement item. Please include a brief description of the issue and attach any photos you may have. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process returns once we received your request. You may obtain the status of your claim by contacting us via email using the same subject line as your original request. We will do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
CLAIMS FILING WITH ROUTE PURCHASE PROTECTION
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have another problem with your order, please visit Route’s online support page and complete the form with the subject “Order #, Assistance Needed.” Please include a brief description of the issue and attach any photos you may have. We will do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
CLAIMS FILING WITHOUT ROUTE PURCHASE PROTECTION
BUHA is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged packages. However, if you would like to file a claim against the appropriate shipping company, please email email@example.com with the subject “Order #, Assistance Needed.” Please include a brief description of the issue and attach any photos you may haver. BUHA will contact the shipping/courier company to determine whether a claim may be made.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your request once we have been notified by our Customer Service Team. You may obtain the status of your claim by contacting us via email using the same subject line as your original request.
RECEIVING A REFUND
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items and approved the refund according to our return policies, as stated herein and which may be revised at any time pursuant to the Terms and Conditions hereof. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Any amounts refunded will not include shipping or restocking charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price minus the cost of a return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days or more for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
