Refund policy
Returns on items eligible for refunds are accepted within 30 days of receipt and refunded to the original payment method. Items must be returned both unopened and unused in their original packaging. To return an item follow the directions below:
Email wecare@buha.com from the email address that you used when you purchased the item. Use the subject line “Order #, Order Return.” In the email, please clarify which item you would like to return by item number and name of the item and the reason you are returning it.
If your return is approved, we will then send you a pre-paid shipping label via email. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package and take the package to a drop-off location as instructed. Please note that the return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to use your own return shipping method (U.S. orders only), please follow the instructions on the return form sent in your return approval email. Once the form is completed, pack the return items in original condition with the completed return form. Returns sent with your own label will be at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items and approved the refund according to our return policies, as stated herein and which may be revised at any time pursuant to the Terms and Conditions hereof. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Any amounts refunded will not include shipping or restocking charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price minus the cost of a return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days or more for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
